7 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto (shoulder) took full batting practice on the field Thursday and also shagged fly balls in center field, where he was seen sprinting around. He continues to progress from shoulder surgery and is targeting a May 1 return. Conforto seems to be way ahead of schedule from a serious shoulder injury, so keep expectations tempered right now. Any slight setback could keep him out for most of the first half of the season. Conforto is a high-risk, high-reward pick in redraft leagues in 2018.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
