Max Kranick Undergoes Flexor Tendon Surgery
Max Kranick (elbow) recently underwent surgery to repair his flexor tendon, according to Will Sammon of The Athletic. It was previously believed that Kranick would require Tommy John surgery for the second time, so this is positive news for the 28-year-old. While Kranick won't pitch again in 2025, he could return to the Mets' bullpen sometime next season. Kranick ended the year 3-2 with a 3.65 ERA, a 1.05 WHIP, 25:5 K:BB, and five holds in 37 innings.
