Matthew Stafford Should Be On Benches In Week 10
6 years agoDetroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford is coming off a pedestrian Week 9 performance against the Vikings when he passed for just 199 yards and no touchdowns or interceptions. However, he was sacked a career-high 10 times in the loss, and it seems to be a low point of the season for the 30-year-old signal caller who is without his safety net, Golden Tate. More of the same can be expected against a stout Chicago Bears defense this week. The Bears rank top 10 in the league in sacks with 24 and second in the league with 14 interceptions. That's not good news for Stafford coming off a rough performance. Keep him on your bench this week and hope things get better.
