1 year agoFollowing the buyout of his contract with the Nashville Predators, Matt Duchene has signed a one-year pact with the Dallas Stars. He will be paid $3 million for his services. The buyout isn't a great look for Duchene, but he has been among Nashville's best players in recent years and scored a whopping 43 goals just a couple of seasons back. He's an intriguing pickup for the Stars, who already had one of the best offenses in the league last season. In Duchene, the teams adds a player who has put up 316 goals and 744 points in 976 career games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
