Kyle Rudolph Underwent Surgery
7 years agoMinnesota Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph (ankle) underwent surgery to fix his right ankle after the season. He initially injured the ankle on Dec. 10 but didn't miss a game for the third straight season. Rudolph was tied for the team lead with eight touchdowns in 2017, and he accumulated 57 catches for 532 yards. One of Minnesota's best red-zone weapons, Rudolph has become a touchdown-dependent TE1 for fantasy owners, although his stock would rise significantly if the Vikes wind up landing Washington Redskins impending free-agent quarterback Kirk Cousins. Rudolph should be fine for training camp.
