2 years agoTennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Kyle Philips (shoulder), who came into the weekend listed as doubtful, is officially out in Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders. Philips impressed with six catches on nine targets for 66 yards in his NFL debut in Week 1, but he came back down to Earth in the blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 2, catching his only target for a five-yard gain. He also lost his second fumble of the season on special teams. Robert Woods, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and rookie Treylon Burks will be the team's top three wideouts against Vegas, with Burks having the most pure upside of the trio for fantasy purposes.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
