Toronto Blue Jays pitching prospect Khal Stephen continued to dominate the Low-A level on Thursday evening. In this outing, Stephen logged six innings of one-run ball. He allowed just one hit and one free pass. He struck out nine batters. During his first outing of the season, Stephen tossed five shutout innings with six punchouts. The Blue Jays drafted Stephen out of Mississippi with the 59th overall pick in last year's draft. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his progression, but it appears the right-hander could be nearing a promotion to High-A. The 22-year-old is currently ranked as the No. 10 prospect in the system on MLB.com but may find himself much higher on that list in the coming weeks if he continues this production.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
