Kenneth Walker III Puts In Full Practice
1 year agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that running back Kenneth Walker III (groin) put in a full practice at training camp on Thursday. Walker returned to practice last Saturday after suffering a minor groin strain, and now he's back to being a full participant. The 22-year-old still probably won't play in the team's second preseason contest this Saturday against the Dallas Cowboys, but he's trending in the right direction towards being 100 percent healthy for Week 1 of the regular season. Walker is a bit of an injury risk and could lose some work to rookie Zach Charbonnet in 2023, but when he's healthy, he's Seattle's primary back. The former second-rounder was explosive in his rookie season in 15 games (11 starts) in 2022, rushing for 1,050 yards and nine TDs on 228 carries. Walker is a high-end RB2 in fantasy.
