Kendall Graveman To Rehab At Triple-A On Wednesday
Kendall Graveman (back) will make a minor-league rehab appearance on Wednesday for Triple-A Reno. Graveman threw 1 2/3 scoreless innings at the rookie-level Arizona Complex League over the weekend to begin his minor-league rehab assignment and is now ready to face better competition. The 34-year-old veteran hurler has not pitched at all in 2025 due to a right lumbar strain in his back. However, barring a setback on his rehab assignment, Graveman appears poised to rejoin Arizona's bullpen soon to make his 2025 debut. The D-backs could certainly use him with both A.J. Puk (elbow) and Justin Martinez (shoulder) on the injured list, and Graveman could be in the mix for saves with Shelby Miller, Kevin Ginkel and Ryan Thompson when he returns. Graveman has 24 career saves in nine MLB seasons.
