Julio Teheran Has 0.84 ERA Since Start Of May
6 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Julio Teheran surrendered four hits and no runs through five innings of work during a 7-4 win over the Detroit Tigers on Sunday. Teheran struck out six batters while walking three. The 28-year-old right-hander now owns a 3-4 record on the season to go along with a 3.28 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and 69/36 K/BB rate. While his overall numbers on the season are average, Teheran has a remarkable 0.84 ERA in six outings since the start of May. He is one of the hottest pitchers in the league right now going into his next expected start against the lowly Miami Marlins. Make sure to pick him up if he is still available.
