Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker/defensive end Josh Allen has tested positive for COVID-19, which will rule him out for Sunday's matchup vs. the Jets since he isn't vaccinated. The Jaguars defense was not likely on many fantasy radars entering Week 16, but the group losing one of its most impactful players deals a rough blow to any upside, even when facing a rocky New York offense. Allen has compiled a career-best 60 tackles over 14 games, adding 12 quarterback hits, 5.5 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble, with the absence set to be his first of the season. His next chance at returning comes in Week 17 against New England, although the Jags defensive unit will have even less viability in that showdown with or without Allen. Those in IDP leagues must go in another direction this week.--Jesse BorekRead More News
