6/14:Arizona Diamondbacks relief pitcher Jorge De La Rosa has been reinstated after spending time on the disabled list with right Achilles tendon bursitis. Before the injury, De La Rosa sported a 3.54 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 11 strikeouts. His return comes at the cost of Silvino Bracho, who will be optioned to Triple-A Reno. Bracho has pitched well during his brief stint in the majors, posting a 1.08 ERA and 12 strikeouts. Owners should keep an eye on his return, as he provides a spark as a relief pitcher. De La Rosa can be avoided for now.--Mo Castillo - RotoBaller
