The Mets' fourth-ranked prospect allowed five hits and one walk while striking out eight in five shutout innings for Syracuse, now with a 0.00 ERA and a 17:3 K:BB in 11 2/3 innings at Triple-A. Prior to his promotion, the 22-year-old owned a 1.59 ERA, 0.92 WHIP, and an elite 29.7 percent K-BB% in 20 starts at Double-A.
