John Ross Injured Monday Night
5 years agoCincinnati Bengals wide receiver John Ross (shoulder) injured his right shoulder on Monday night against the Steelers and is questionable to return. Ross went down hard on his right shoulder during a catch in the fourth quarter and looked to be in a lot of pain. It's possible he could be dealing with a dislocated or separated shoulder. When he left, the Bengals were already down big, so it's unlikely he returns to this game. Before departing, Ross had only three catches for 36 yards while being covered at times by Steelers shutdown corner Joe Haden. A.J. Green (ankle) will be out at least another couple weeks, so Auden Tate would see a bigger role in the passing game if Ross misses time. Rookie Damion Willis could enter three-receiver sets. Tate is currently leading the Bengals in receiving on Monday with four catches (six targets) for 50 yards.
