2 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Joe Flacco will start in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals, according to sources. Zach Wilson (knee) is progressing well, but he will not play in Week 3 under any circumstances. The Jets want Wilson to be 110 percent healthy before he returns to the field. It helps that Flacco led the Jets to an improbable comeback in Week 2 to beat the Cleveland Browns on the road. The 37-year-old has completed a league-high 63 passes on a league-high 103 attempts through the first two weeks for 616 yards, five touchdowns and only one interception. The magic is unlikely to continue against a Bengals team hungry for their first win of the season, but Flacco will still be in play as a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues with plenty of passing volume.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
