Buffalo Sabres right wing JJ Peterka (lower body) is dealing with an injury and could miss their next contest on Wednesday evening against the Detroit Red Wings. Peterka was unable to participate during Tuesday's practice due to this injury. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to Wednesday's game. Peterka is currently riding a two-game scoreless streak but enjoyed an offensive surge prior to this slump. Before this two-game stretch, he was riding a seven-game point streak where he found the back of the net four times and added six helpers. During this span he logged 18 shots on goal with 16 penalty minutes and a +4 rating. Through 61 total games, the 23-year-old has tallied 51 points (19 goals) with 12 of his points coming on the power-play. If he were to sit out, Zach Benson would move up to the top-six.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
