4 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (ankle) is off the final injury report and is good to go for Week 6 against the division-rival Rams. Garoppolo missed several games with a high ankle sprain and aggravated the ankle in the Week 5 disappointing loss to the Dolphins, but he said his ankle feels great and he will get the start this Sunday. But he'll have a tall task ahead of him against Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey and a tough Rams Defense. LA's D has allowed the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing signal-callers and have given up just 6.19 yards per attempt through five weeks. Even though Garoppolo has his full complement of offensive weapons at his disposal, he'll be a low-upside QB2 in superflex leagues this weekend. Head coach Kyle Shanahan declined to say if C.J.
