Jerry Jeudy Ready For A Breakout Season?
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy struggled with drops, caught passes from three different starting quarterbacks and battled through an ankle injury in 2020, but the No. 15 pick of last year's draft still managed 856 receiving yards, the second-most for a rookie in franchise history. Jeudy looked sharp in offseason workouts and received praise from quarterback Teddy Bridgewater for his professionalism and work ethic. The second-year pass-catcher should have more freedom in the middle of the field with Courtland Sutton returning from a knee injury, and Jeudy's precise route-running could help him produce more game-changing plays for Denver. Better QB play will surely help, and Jeudy might be more valuable with Bridgewater under center after the two developed some nice chemistry this spring. But either way, Jeudy makes for an attractive upside WR3 going into the 2021 season.
