Jaylen Brown Leads Boston Past Minnesota
2 years agoBoston Celtics guard/forward Jaylen Brown had a spectacular fourth quarter against Minnesota on Friday, turning a tight game into a comfortable 121-109 victory by scoring 23 points in the final frame. He recorded the team's first 10 points of the quarter and the late spurt helped Brown to post his second-highest scoring total of the campaign with 36 points. He got there with 13-for-29 shooting, which included a 3-for-13 effort from downtown. In 37 minutes on the court, Brown also tallied seven rebounds and three assists with one steal and one block. Brown's efficiency has been poor lately, but he's a high-volume shooter and it's allowed him to still post good scoring numbers. Next up, he will look to deliver a Christmas Day special against Milwaukee.
