4 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez (thumb) is back in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals. He has missed each of the last three games due to right thumb soreness. It sounds like Baez is feeling good enough to get back into the lineup here. He'll bat third and play shortstop against the Cards on Friday. Fantasy managers can feel comfortable plugging Baez back into their lineups.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
