Jasson Dominguez Walks it Off Versus Rangers
Jasson Dominguez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in his team's 4-3 win against the Texas Rangers. The 22-year-old notched his sixth extra-base hit of the month in the bottom of the ninth inning when he blasted a Luke Jackson slider 398 feet over the right-field wall (109.7 MPH exit velocity) to walk it off. It was Dominguez's sixth long ball of the season, and first since his massive three-homer effort just under two weeks ago. He's hitting much better this month -- sporting an average nearly 30 points higher than he had in April (.267). Additionally, he's racked up an impressive 9:12 BB:K ratio in 45 at-bats, which is more enticing than the 11:34 he held over the previous 92.
