7 years agoKansas City Royals starting pitcher Jason Hammel was on fire in the freezing cold on Sunday as he shut out the Indians for six frames. Unfortunately, Hammel came away without a decision as the bullpen coughed up the small lead. The 35-year-old is still a risky play for fantasy owners, as he's clearly towards the end of his career and unpredictable from outing to outing. He only had one month last season where his ERA was under 4.50, and owners shouldn't expect good outings like this to be the new normal.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
