5 years agoThe Las Vegas Raiders and running back Jalen Richard agreed to a contract extension on Wednesday, according to a source. Richard served as the third-down back behind rookie workhorse Josh Jacobs. The 26-year-old had a career-low 39 carries as a result for 145 yards and no touchdowns. He added 36 receptions on 43 targets for 323 yards and no touchdowns. Richard is a valuable pass-catcher out of the backfield, but with Jacobs' role expected to grow even more in the passing game in 2020, Richard will strictly be a PPR handcuff for Jacobs owners.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
