Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (knee, toe) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. Meyers sat out of the Week 7 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs due to a knee issue. He appears to be ready to go in Week 9 after resting up during the bye week. Meyers has been a hot name on the trade market recently, but the Raiders have stated they want a strong return for the 28-year-old wideout. Meyers hasn't exactly impressed recently, with four receptions or fewer in each of his last four games. Fantasy managers should consider Meyers a possible WR3 for the upcoming Week 9 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.--Andy Webb
