New Jersey Devils goaltender Jake Allen stopped all 24 shots he faced in his shutout victory over the Philadelphia Flyers. The Devils had a slight advantage in the shot total, but Allen was able to step up when called on. The Devils would eventually break the scoreless tie in the second frame when they scored four goals. Allen has controlled the crease over the past week as No.1 goaltender Jacob Markstrom (knee) will miss at least 4-to-6 weeks with an injury. Over his previous three starts, Allen has posted a 2-1 record with a .926% SV and a 2.00 GAA. Overall, Allen holds a .906% SV and a 2.55 GAA. Fantasy managers should continue to expect Allen to see most of the starts going forward, with Isaac Poulter operating as the No.2 option.--Andy Smith
