Jacob Misiorowski Fans Four in Wednesday's Shortened Outing
Jacob Misiorowski went three innings Wednesday night against Triple-A Scranton. He allowed one run on three hits and a walk while striking out four. Although the flame-throwing right-hander only threw 54 pitches, he managed to induce 14 swings and misses on 32 swings. Bryan De La Cruz tagged him for a solo home run, but it was an otherwise dominant, albeit shorter outing for the top prospect. The 23-year-old owns a minuscule 1.19 ERA and 0.93 WHIP over 22 2/3 innings in May. Misiorowski is expected to debut sometime in June and is worth stashing in most standard leagues.
