New York Mets pitcher Jacob deGrom (shoulder) is playing catch from about 100 feet Tuesday and could begin throwing bullpen sessions as early as this weekend. He will continue to build distance and velocity in his throwing program, but there is still no timetable for his return. The 33-year-old underwent an MRI last Monday, which showed continued healing of the scapula. deGrom will continue rehab and look to return to action by the All-Star break.
