Arizona Cardinals pass-rusher J.J. Watt (shoulder) was "very limited" in his return to practice on Thursday, which was expected, according to head coach Kliff Kingsbury. The 32-year-old All-Pro defensive end was designated to return from Injured Reserve earlier this week, but it remains to be seen if he'll actually be activated from IR in order to play in Monday night's wild-card game against the Los Angeles Rams. The Cardinals will continue to monitor Watt all week long, but we wouldn't put it passed the physical specimen to make an unexpected return so early in the postseason. In seven games played before his serious shoulder injury, Watt had 16 tackles (10 solo), five tackles for loss, 10 QB hits and one sack. While he may not play an every-down role if he returns in the playoffs, his presence would be a huge boost to Arizona's defense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
