Eugenio Suarez Activated And Starting Tuesday
2 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Eugenio Suarez (finger) has been activated from the injured list and is back in the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Texas Rangers and right-hander Jesus Tinoco, serving as the designated hitter while batting cleanup. Suarez missed the minimum amount of time on the 10-day injured list after dealing with a small fracture on the tip of his right index finger. Fantasy managers will be hoping it won't affect his power stroke to close out the 2022 regular season. The 31-year-old veteran slugger has been great for the M's and fantasy managers this year, hitting .235/.335/.470 with an .805 OPS, 31 home runs, 84 RBI and 72 runs scored in 511 at-bats.
