Drake Maye Has an Opportunity to Feast Against Struggling Titans
Drake Maye has been one of the best players in the NFL lately. Meanwhile, the Tennessee Titans have been one of the toughest teams to watch, limping to a 1-5 record and firing their head coach mid-season. Therefore, we could be in for a huge game from Maye as he takes on the Titans in Week 7. The second-year quarterback has six total touchdowns and zero turnovers over his last three games, ranking as the overall QB5 so far this season. Maye should have no trouble dismantling the Titans' defense in their first game under interim head coach Mike McCoy. However, it is worth noting that the Titans have allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in 2025. This is a combination of their respectable unit and a tendency to surrender large leads to their opponents early in the game. If New England jumps out to an early lead, we could see them run the ball more. However, that's no reason to second-guess your lineup decision. Maye should still be started as a mid-range QB1 in every league.
