Buffalo Sabres right wing Justin Danforth (lower body) is facing a multi-week absence. Sabres head coach Lindy Ruff told reporters on Friday that Danforth is dealing with a "significant" lower-body injury and is expected to be out for more than a month. The 32-year-old forward was injured in Wednesday's matchup against the Ottawa Senators. Danforth has no points in four games this season, holding a minus-two rating. Joshua Dunne will likely replace Danforth in the lineup on Saturday against the Florida Panthers. In his only previous appearance this season, Dunne finished scoreless with two hits across 6:25 of ice time.--Taavi Pailk
