2/6:The Miami Dolphins officially hired New England Patriots wide receivers coach Chad O'Shea as their next offensive coordinator on Wednesday, according to a source. O'Shea worked as a position coach for a decade under Bill Belichick in New England, but he'll now run an offense for the first time in the NFL. Miami is at a crossroads right now and is expected to move on from quarterback Ryan Tannehill, so there offense could be a struggle next season under O'Shea. Finding a franchise signal caller will be at the top of the team's to-do list, and they must add better weapons around running back Kenyan Drake and receivers Kenny Stills and Albert Wilson.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
