Derrick Henry Could See Fewer Touches
5 years agoTennesseeTitans.com's Jim Wyatt thinks that offensive coordinator Arthur Smith will look to spread the ball around more to a number of players in 2020, which is why he thinks it's unrealistic to think that running back Derrick Henry has a chance for 2,000 rushing yards. The team will try to take some of the load off of the bruising back, which could reduce his touches and snaps. Henry, last year's rushing champion, will still be plenty involved in this run-first offense and is a no-doubt RB1. But fantasy owners might want to bake in a little regression, especially since he's been basically non-existent in the passing game and rookie Darrynton Evans could factor in there.
