Detroit Red Wings defenseman Dennis Cholowski scored a power-play goal and added an assist during a 7-5 loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday night. Cholowski has endured a few cold spells to start his NHL career, but overall, has been very impressive. The rookie rearguard has four goals, eight assists, and seven power-play points through 22 games. He quarterbacks the second power-play unit and averages 19:37 of ice time per game. Cholowski only trails Rasmus Dahlin (13 points) in the rookie defenseman scoring race. Cholowski should be owned in any league with 12 or more teams.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
