Dean Wade Misses A Second Consecutive Game
1 year agoCleveland Cavaliers forward Dean Wade (ankle) won't be available for Saturday's matchup against the Lakers, missing a second consecutive game. The 27-year-old recently sprained his right ankle, adding to Cleveland's injury woes. A number of selection problems have allowed Wade to average over 20 minutes per game early in the season, but he's been ineffective with his work, settling for only 3.1 points and 4.1 rebounds. Craig Porter has been the standout from the Cleveland squad in recent games and could play a large part again on Saturday, especially if Donovan Mitchell (hamstring) remains on the sidelines.
