Davis Bertans Splashes Five Triples En Route To 19-Point Outing
Davis Bertans may have been battling neck stiffness leading into Monday’s defeat to the Golden State Warriors, but he showed little ill effects of it on the hardwood. Bertans finished an efficient 6-for-9 from the floor overall, including 5-for-7 from long range, marking his most makes from deep in an outing since Dec. 18. Even with Moritz Wagner and Rui Hachimura returning to the rotation, Bertans still managed to log 32 minutes off the bench, which bodes well for his fantasy outlook moving forward. By finishing with 19 points, five assists and four rebounds, Bertans further staked his role as the No. 1 option on the second unit, which keeps him in play for ownership in most sized season-long formats.
