On Saturday afternoon, Daniel Suarez qualified 21st for Sunday's Cook Out Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway. While not a playoff driver, the Monterrey, Mexico native is still a viable play this weekend in DFS. Since the launch of the next-gen car in 2022, Suarez is averaging 37.20 points on DraftKings at tracks known for having high tire wear. Given that Darlington has arguably the most abrasive surface of any track on the Cup schedule, his ability to perform well at this style of track bodes well for the Trackhouse Racing star on Sunday evening. While certainly not a core play, the No. 99 makes for a nice contrarian play in DFS and should be considered in your lineup builds.--Adam Erhardt - RotoBaller
