Dallas Cowboys tight end Dalton Schultz makes for a decent floor option in a Week 11 game against the Minnesota Vikings. Schultz has made 35 catches for 383 yards and two touchdowns so far this year, and while he doesn't offer too much upside, he does have enough of a role in the passing game to provide a decent fantasy floor, especially in tight end premium leagues.
