5 years agoDallas Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith (ankle) will be out for Week 5 against the Packers, according to a source, but he isn't being ruled out for Week 6 against the Jets. Smith received some good news after an MRI exam, and his injury isn't the typical four- to six-week high ankle sprain. The Pro Bowler will be a big loss this week in a tough matchup against Green Bay's improved defense, but it's good news that he won't be out for an extended period of time. Quarterback Dak Prescott could struggle for the second straight game without Smith protecting his blind side against the Packers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
