Dak Prescott Looks To Be In Pre-Injury Form
4 years agoDallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott (ankle) was back on the field during organized team activities this week, and tight end Dalton Schultz said that the football is "coming out the same as it was before the injury." "From what I can tell, it looks like right where he picked back up off of. All looks the same to me. The ball is in my hands the same exact way. So I'm excited to see how he continues to progress." As a precaution, the Cowboys are holding Prescott out of team drills that feature a pass rush. The 27-year-old was producing 27 fantasy points per game before his season-ending ankle injury in 2020. He'll be a bit more risky as a top-flight QB1 because of his ankle, but Prescott has all the offensive weapons at his disposal to bounce back, and he should at least be a solid midrange QB1 in 2021.
