Carolina Hurricanes goaltender Curtis McElhinney will be the starter for Friday's game against the Florida Panthers. McElhinney is coming off of a 30-save performance during a 5-2 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday. He has won back-to-back games. The journeyman netminder has a 5-2-0 record on the season to go along with a 2.43 goals-against average and .909 save percentage. This is his third consecutive start. If he continues to play well, he could become the Hurricanes lead goalie. For now, he is a solid streaming option that can be deployed for Friday's slate.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
