McElhinney was fantastic in his last appearance on Friday, as he made 34 saves during a 4-1 win over the Florida Panthers. The veteran netminder is currently riding a three-game win streak. He has a 6-2-0 record with a 2.25 goals-against average and .919 save percentage. McElhinney had a 33-save shutout against the Canadiens during his last appearance against them on March 3 of 2018.
