The Dallas Cowboys signed first-round linebacker Micah Parsons to his fully guaranteed four-year rookie deal on Wednesday, according to a source. The Cowboys selected Parsons 12th overall in this year's NFL draft out of Penn State. With Sean Lee retiring and Leighton Vander Esch unable to stay healthy, Parsons will become an immediate starter in Dallas' new-look defense in 2021 under former Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn. Parsons is extremely athletic and versatile, but he'll need to improve on his ability to diagnose plays at the next level. The 22-year-old will be given plenty of opportunities to get after the opposing quarterback. Parsons is more of an edge-rushing linebacker than a coverage linebacker as he enters the NFL.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
