Colts Have Big Plans For Parris Campbell
3 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Parris Campbell, a second-round pick out of Ohio State in 2019, has five injuries, 24 catches and nine games played out of a possible 32 in his first two years in the league. However, the Colts remain confident that Campbell can deliver, and head coach Frank Reich has big plans for him in the offense. If he can stay healthy, he could become a consistent weapon in the passing attack as a speedy threat who can take quick throws and pile up yards after the catch. Now that he's going late in drafts after a year in which he played in just two games, Campbell is absolutely worth a late-round stab if he stays healthy and develops nice chemistry with quarterback Carson Wentz. If everything goes his way, he could lead this Colts receiver group in targets.
