Chris Godwin Should Be Good For Week 6
4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians thinks that wide receiver Chris Godwin (hamstring) will play in Week 6 against the Packers. "I think Godwin's going to go," Arians said. Godwin will likely be questionable after getting in limited practices this week, but it sounds as though he's trending in the right direction. He's missed the last two games with a hamstring injury, making it a tough situation for his fantasy managers. However, it's hard to recommend benching Tampa's slot man if he's on the field, especially in a game that could be a shootout between two future Hall of Fame quarterbacks in Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers. If active for this one, Godwin needs to be returned to all starting lineups, especially if Mike Evans (ankle) and/or Scotty Miller (groin, hip) can't go.
