3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers starting cornerbacks Michael Davis (hamstring) and Asante Samuel Jr. (concussion) have both been ruled out in Week 9 against the Philadelphia Eagles, while safety Alohi Gilman (ankle) is doubtful to play. As a result, cornerbacks Tevaughn Campbell and Ryan Smith are expected to step into starting roles this weekend. The Chargers defense wasn't all that attractive as a streaming unit in fantasy this weekend to begin with, and this certainly doesn't help their cause. It's also a notable upgrade for Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and wide receivers DeVonta Smith, Jalen Reagor and Quez Watkins.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
