Carson Wentz Says His Right Ankle Is Worse
3 years agoIndianapolis Colts quarterback Carson Wentz (ankles) said that his right sprained ankle is much worse than his left one. Wentz wasn't wearing a walking boot on his right ankle, but he will not practice on Wednesday and is very questionable for Week 3 against the Tennessee Titans. Fantasy managers in superflex leagues should be preparing as if the 28-year-old won't be available this weekend. Wentz hasn't been 2020 bad, but he also hasn't been excellent in his first two games with the Colts, going 45-for-69 for 498 yards, three touchdowns and an interception while being sacked six times. Second-year backup Jacob Eason went 2-for-5 with an interception in relief of Wentz last week. He'll merely be an emergency QB2 streamer in superflex leagues, albeit in a good matchup, if Wentz is inactive.
