Carlos Correa Slugging .679 Over Last Seven Games
6 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa smacked his sixth home run of the season as the Astros beat the Indians 4-3 in 10 innings on Saturday. Correa unlocked a 1-1 tie in the sixth inning with the blast and is wrapping up a solid first month of the season. Fantasy owners came into the season with plenty of skepticism regarding the oft-injured Correa but the talented 24-year-old is slugging .679 over his last seven games and .546 for the season with six home runs and eight doubles. Correa is a must-start this week as he will try and keep his 10-game hit streak alive beginning Monday night against the Twins.
