1 year agoGoaltender Cam Talbot inked a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Kings on the first day of free agency. He will carry a cap hit of $1 million and is eligible to earn an additional $1 million in games played bonuses. The well-traveled veteran spent last season with Ottawa, posting a 17-14-2 record with 32 starts. He allowed 2.93 goals per game with a .898 save percentage and one shutout. Talbot will battle for playing time with Phoenix Copley in L.A. The Kings also added David Rittich into the mix Saturday, snapping him up with a one-year, $875,000 deal.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
