Los Angeles Kings goaltender Cal Petersen did not look so good against the Winnipeg Jets last Saturday. He looked even worse versus the Carolina Hurricanes. Petersen stopped just 15 of 20 shots as he allowed five goals during the first 40 minutes. He stabilized in the third period but the damage had been done. Also, Frederik Andersen blanked the Los Angeles Kings as well. The loss drops Petersen to 4-3-1 on the season with a save percentage below .900.
